A place to belongMercy Houses
A permanent home, daily care, and companionship for older people displaced or left isolated by war.
Explore Mercy HousesFor someone living in danger, leaving can be the hardest first step. Help LYNC support people seeking safety and a place to recover.

When people are forced to leave, they need more than a destination. They need help navigating the transition and people they can trust.
Evacuation is part of the history of LYNC’s humanitarian response. In his March 2024 account, Serhii Kosiak describes evacuating people from conflict zones and creating refugee bases after he was displaced from Donetsk in 2014.
Rebuild Ukraine Now! carries that commitment forward alongside Mercy Houses and trauma healing: helping people move toward safety, stability, and support.
